We provide our services to You, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). Amendment of this Agreement can be done at any time by posting the amended terms on Our Site. The amendment shall automatically become effective two (2) days after they are posted on Our Site and it is your liability to be update with our terms and conditions as soon as they get online. In addition, when using Staunch services, you shall be subjected to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this TOS 

RIGHT TO ADVERTISE 

For our free Mobile Application, Staunch Technologies holds full rights to place adverts on your applications screen from other sources such as Google and Yahoo. Revenue generated from these adverts is that of Staunch Technologies. We however would ensure that adverts placed on your screen are friendly enough and well organized not to disturb your navigation and full fun usage. 

ILLEGAL USE 

Our services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to withdraw our service at any time without further notice if this is not adhered to. We could also report to legal authorities and/or injured third parties regarding your acts on staunchtechnologies.com If anything is not legal in Nigeria or EU, it is not permitted to reside on our servers. If illegal content or usage is found, the account will be suspended and/or terminated. Customer agrees that We may disclose any and all subscriber information including telephone numbers, home address, bank account details, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. 

 FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY 

Use of our service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to undertake any form of financial scam such as “pyramid schemes,” “ponzi schemes,” and “chain letters” is prohibited. This also includes any knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. 

 FORGERY OR IMPERSONATION 

Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. Forging any message header, in part or whole, of any electronic transmission, originating or passing through our service is in violation of the TOS. The use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation. 

COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK INFRIDGEMENT 

Use of our service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software is prohibited. This also includes intellectual property rights. Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated. 

COLLECTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

Use of the service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is prohibited. 

DISTRIBUTION OF VIRUSES 

Intentional distributions of software or anything that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account. 

HOSTING ACCOUNT TRANSFER 

Hosting transfer is done manually and hence on submission of our transfer form, you give us the authority to access your account on third party server. Since transfer is done manually, you are liable for backing up your files before requesting for transfer. Incase of any failure, Staunch Technologies is not liable. 

REFUND POLICIES 

Domain registration fees are non-refundable for transferring, renewing or registering a new domain name except on cases where we fail to deliver. However, hosting orders are fully refundable only before 20days of payment and this is subjected to only if our servers fail. Any other reason for refund is not accommodated! 

WARNING 

Violation of Staunch Technologies Terms of Service would lead to suspension of your account until or immediate termination (on critical and full proof issues) without any prior notification. We urge you to comply to the above rules so as to make our relationship smooth and sound!
